Elisa Molina is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, a first-time mother, and nonprofit professional with 7+ years of experience in program implementation, resource mobilization and change management. She currently serves as the Director of Education for Junior Achievement of Georgia where she received the “Onward and Upward Employee Award” in 2014 for her grit and perseverance. ⠀ ⠀
As a community leader powered by her feminist ideals and inspired by her Peace Corps service, she founded COVEDOZA LLC, which is an Afro-Latina owned online platform that amplifies the voices of women artists that identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) while generating them passive income via short or long-term artist collaborations. She currently serves as the CEO and Creative Director of COVEDOZA and as the Director of Membership of the Atlanta Alumnae Collective of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She loves to dance and spend time with hubby and baby Valentina.⠀
