Viola is the founder and creative force behind MAIKA, a stylish and sustainable soft goods brand inspired by delightful travel and everyday living. In a previous life, Viola ran a brand agency and has worked with national retail clients ranging from Design within Reach, Peet's Coffee and Chronicle Books. Weaving words and images together into meaningful stories is her superpower and has propelled the MAIKA brand to an international presence. Viola’s work has been featured on the Today Show, Real Simple, O magazine, and numerous publications. 👏🏻👏🏻⠀

She is also the author of “Packaging Your Crafts” and currently working on her second book (May 2021) “Eat Cake and 99 Other Small Acts of Happiness.” Viola lives with her husband and her two kids in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is 5’2” on a good day, but is a force to be reckoned on the basketball court. 😂
